2. Install and you're ready to use. (Provided you have Google Chrome installed on your PC of course)
You must use an image editor like photoshop or coreldraw for a better result to customize graphic elements.
you can create your own icons, or download on the net.
After installing Chrome Theme Creator, you vez proceed as follows:
- Open chome Theme Creator;
- In the second tab press " file">> " New Theme ">> see a message" This Will start a new project ">> press" OK "
- after" OK " Give a name to your project
