Col of Storms (Mont Ventoux): Opens May 15 No
Graille (Montagne de Lure): Opens May 1.
Fontbelle Pass: Opens March 30.
Each year, the opening may be delayed if the conditions would require it.
So this year (2009), the technical service of Sisteron we confirmed that the Pas de la Graille would not be open on May 1. The snow removal and disposal of rocks are in progress. To May 15, it will be done.
May 15, the Ventoux, the official opening of the Col Storm not done before the passage of the patrol during the day.

In general, there are not many opportunities for refueling on the course. In the Gorges du Verdon, there are villages Aiguines Trigance and then "Lou Cafoucho" at the foot of Trigance, which joined the D90 D955 (not open all year; not tested), the "Mill Suns" shortly after the hamlet (good bakery, pancakes); Palud sur Verdon (various shops, restaurants, cafes, grocery, bakery).
Attention Moustiers is on a hill away from the road.
Then there is at least one coffee Puimoisson the Bégude d'Asse Bras. Then nothing until the crickets on the N85 (continue straight through the lights instead of turn right to find the restaurant, tested once, but in 2001).
Nothing equally Mallemoisson and Sisteron (note Thoard is on a hill away from the road).
Climbing the Mountain of Lure, 4km before the summit, there is "Sanctuary" bar restaurant. Then it can be difficult to refuel before Montbrun-les-Bains.

Bégude (continue straight instead of turning left, slight detour). Bras d'Asse
: tap the cemetery, left on the road to Col d'Espinouse (out of the village and begin to climb).
Crickets, right at the light, then immediately beside the road on the left, public toilets with wash basins. Be careful, you will not find more water between crickets and Authon.
